Nuestra historia comenzó en 1979. Con más de 45 años en el ramo aduanal, la familia Tietzsch Rodríguez Peña ha sido testigo de la evolución del comercio exterior con presencia en USA, adaptándose a cada cambio normativo y tecnológico sin perder la esencia: servicio personalizado y compromiso genuino con cada cliente.
Todo comenzó con María de los Ángeles Rodríguez Peña Pérez, fundadora y primera generación de agentes aduanales de la familia, quien obtuvo la Patente 0609 en 1979. Su visión y compromiso establecieron las bases de lo que hoy es Kette & Zelle, construyendo relaciones sólidas con clientes y autoridades aduanales a lo largo de décadas.
Cuando Guillermo W. Tietzsch Rodríguez Peña, segunda generación, obtuvo su Patente 1540 en 2006 (publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 26 de septiembre de 2006), no empezaba de cero. Traía consigo décadas de conocimiento heredado, relaciones construidas por su madre, y una visión clara sobre lo que los importadores y exportadores realmente necesitan.
Our story began in 1979. With 45+ years in customs brokerage, the Tietzsch Rodríguez Peña family has witnessed the evolution of Mexico-USA foreign trade, adapting to every regulatory and technological change without losing the essence: personalized service and genuine commitment to each client.
It all began with María de los Ángeles Rodríguez Peña Pérez, the founding customs agent of the family, who obtained Patent 0609 in 1979. Her vision and dedication laid the foundation for what Kette & Zelle is today, building lasting relationships with clients and customs authorities over decades.
When Guillermo W. Tietzsch Rodríguez Peña, the second generation, obtained his Patent 1540 in 2006 (published in Mexico's Official Gazette on September 26, 2006), he wasn't starting from scratch. He brought decades of inherited knowledge, relationships built by his mother, and a clear vision of what importers and exporters truly need.
Con esta experiencia familiar acumulada y la Patente Aduanal 1540 nació Kette & Zelle. El nombre viene del alemán: Kette (Cadena) representa los vínculos sólidos en la cadena de suministro, y Zelle (Célula) simboliza el trabajo en equipo donde cada persona es fundamental.
